We'll help you shape an itinerary that fits your brand and excites your followers. Nothing is locked in until you love it.
Full itinerary built and costed at no charge to you.
We build the itinerary
Our team handles every logistical detail: flights, accommodations, ground transport, guides, meals, and activities. We work with trusted partners in every destination we operate.
You'll receive a fully costed, day-by-day itinerary to review and customize. Want to swap a lodge? Add a cooking class? We'll make it happen.
Deposits collected and managed entirely by us.
You open enrollment
Once you approve the itinerary, we give you a custom enrollment link to share with your audience. Your followers register directly and pay their deposit to hold their spot.
We handle all payment processing, deposit collection, and follow-up communications with your travelers, so your inbox stays clean.
All payments and insurance requirements handled for you.
Bookings, payments & insurance
As enrollment fills, we manage all traveler payments on a structured schedule. Every traveler is required to carry travel insurance, and we guide them through the process of obtaining appropriate coverage.
You'll receive regular updates on enrollment numbers and payments. We keep you informed without burying you in admin.
Host travel is fully covered once minimum enrollment is met.
You travel free
When your group reaches the minimum enrollment threshold, your trip is fully covered, including flights, accommodations, meals, and activities. You travel as the host at no cost to you.
The minimum varies by destination and group size, but we'll be transparent about the number from day one so you know exactly what you're working toward.
Earn a cash bonus for every traveler above the minimum.
Earn a bonus
Exceed the minimum enrollment and you become eligible for a host bonus: a cash payment based on the number of additional travelers who join your trip.
